Born from two ideas.
Vastra — the Sanskrit word for cloth, garment, that which is worn close. Satori — the Japanese word for the quiet moment of clarity, a sudden recognition of what’s been there all along.
Vastori sits between them. Indian-made clothing, designed for the calm-minded. Linen, mulmul, cotton, khadi — fabrics that breathe, age well, and hold their character. Cuts that don’t demand attention. Colours that don’t shout.
