Silk-Cotton Care Guide
Silk-cotton blends pair the lustre of silk with the breathability of cotton — soft on the skin, with a fluid drape. Treat them with the gentler of the two protocols.
- Hand wash in cold water with a delicate-fabric detergent, or use the silk setting on your machine.
- Do not wring or twist — press water out gently between two towels.
- Lay flat to dry in the shade.
- Iron on the silk setting (low heat) while slightly damp, on the reverse side.
- Store folded or rolled, never on a wire hanger.
- Professional dry cleaning is recommended for embroidered pieces.
